  • Sleep problems: Growing evidence from observational studies suggests that chronic poor sleep and conditions like obstructive sleep apnea are associated with impaired glucose metabolism, though the relationship is complex.

Why Early Detection Matters

Type 2 diabetes managed well over time looks very different from the same condition left unaddressed.
